Led by Director Eoin Noone, the business is built on over 20 years of hands-on and management experience within the construction industry. From small developments to multi-million-pound schemes, EMN Civils provides a complete service from initial groundworks through to final handover.
We have successfully delivered projects for developers, principal contractors, and public sector organisations across the UK — covering residential, industrial and logistics schemes, infrastructure upgrades, and specialist civils works. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in groundworks and civil engineering, Eoin is personally involved in every project EMN undertakes. His expertise spans deep drainage, complex foundations, and large-scale external works — bringing direct technical accountability to every scheme from initial enquiry through to final handover.
